Board of Directors

The management of the Georgia State Golf Association is vested in its Board of Directors. Voting regular members of the Board of Directors include the Executive Committee, Senior Directors and Directors. Ex-officio members include the Past Presidents and the General Counsel. The Board meets annually to review the activity of the Association, transact any business and elect a new slate of officers and directors.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee's function is to manage the business affairs of the Association between meetings of the Board of Directors. It is elected by the Board of Directors from its members and meets quarterly. Executive Committee members include the Officers, Vice-Presidents, the Immediate Past President and the President of the GSGA Foundation. The General Counsel provides advice to the Executive Committee as appropriate.

Georgia State Golf Association is the official golf association of the state of Georgia, and its membership is open to men, women, juniors, seniors, and golf clubs throughout the state.
